Our SMT workshop is newly equipped with four fully automatic, high-precision, high-speed SMT production lines, comprising world-class high-speed assembly equipment such as Fuji's NXT M3llC/M61lC and Samsung's SM471/SM482. To better control the quality of product assembly and soldering, we have equipped the workshop with 3D solder paste inspection equipment, automatic optical inspection instruments (AOI), X-ray inspection devices, high-definition microscopes, and a full set of SMT process quality control equipment.

〉Strong capacity and schedule coordination, allowing us to manage various rush and peak orders. For older models, we can procure materials the same day, perform SMT assembly overnight, assemble the next day, and deliver the day after. Currently, we still have a surplus capacity of 30%.
To cater to customers with wave soldering needs, we have installed a lead-free wave soldering production line, supplemented by component forming equipment and PCB splitting machines. This allows for the realization of lead-free soldering in a dedicated workshop. Our wave soldering utilizes spring pressure claws. Ventilation is achieved through both top and side exhaust. Preheating is administered via micro hot air and infrared methods, spanning across three distinct preheating zones. The width range accommodates between 50-400mm. Conveyor speeds vary from 500mm/min to 1800mm/min. Cooling is ensured through forced cool air, complemented by chillers.
We have over ten welding, debugging, and assembly production lines, fulfilling large-scale assembly production requirements for various electronic products. The assembly process utilizes numerous automated devices, including automatic chip program burners, ultrasonic fusion machines, laser marking machines, and automatic screw machines. We provide full-process services such as software downloading, finished product assembly, and packaging. To ensure the quality of assembled products, we have equipped our facility with a plethora of ICT, FCT, PCBA functional testers, measuring instruments, laboratories, and a complete set of quality control equipment. Production processes are equipped with various quality monitoring devices, including electric batch torque calibrators and testing software sign management, to eliminate any untested products from advancing to the next process.
