The factory spans an area of approximately 10,000 square meters and boasts a state-of-the-art dust-free production workshop. It is equipped with 5 cutting-edge Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production lines, one DIP production line, 13 assembly lines, 8 packaging lines, and a dedicated TP bonding room. With a staff strength of over 470, our monthly production capacity exceeds 2.5 million units. Throughout the production process, we adhere strictly to modern workshop production standards. From the initial material procurement, through to SMT board assembly, DIP, integrated assembly, functional testing, aging tests, packaging, and shipment – every step is meticulously controlled. Moreover, we've invested in several advanced testing instruments, such as inline SPI, inline AOI, the 8960 tester, intelligent frequency-conversion power supplies, and automated weighing systems. These instruments ensure comprehensive testing for every product model before it leaves the factory, guaranteeing quality on all fronts.
